PROACTIVE Wills & Estates is a boutique fiduciary company specializing in wills and deceased estates. The company is situated in Milnerton and has three staff members with more than 40 years of experience each.
Owner, Paula Bongers, is a member of FISA (Fiduciary Institute of Southern Africa), the watch-dog body over fiduciary matters in the country. She also is a Fiduciary Practitioner of South Africa, a registered designation conferred by the Fiduciary Institute of Southern Africa, and has been in business as a sole proprietor since 2002.
Individuals
Our aim is to support clients through a difficult period, by taking responsibility for the administration side of the estate when they lose a loved one. We know this is a challenging period for anyone to go through, and are sensitive to the individual situation. We aim to keep our clients advised throughout the process. We are always available if they should have any problems.
Business owners
As a business owner, you will receive all of the services mentioned above. As an added benefit, we provide business owners with advice on business succession plans when doing their Wills and we have a special business questionnaire that they complete at the time.
